I am an experienced Product Manager and Business Analyst with a strong background in data-driven decision-making, software development, and process optimization. With a track record of leading end-to-end product lifecycles, I specialize in developing innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency, user experience, and business growth.

While at Hydrafacial, I spearheaded the development of multiple products related to the Syndeo, their flagship IoT facial device. This included creating a web application and WMS system to manage production, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency. Integrating IoT capabilities with robust backend processes deepened my understanding of interconnected product ecosystems. I’ll draw on this experience to design and manage cohesive, scalable tech solutions in the future.

At MeridianLink, I served as the Business Analyst for the Mortgage Credit product, MCL, where I conducted requirements documentation, QA, and product design. I worked closely with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions met market and regulatory needs. This role reinforced my expertise in translating business objectives into functional specifications. I will continue leveraging these analytical and communication skills to drive product success in future projects.

While at Hydrafacial, I spearheaded the development of a loyalty app that integrated directly with the flagship device and existing ERP systems. This allowed for quick and instant redemptions, enhancing the overall customer experience. Managing this project sharpened my ability to align product strategy with technical innovation and operational efficiency. I look forward to leveraging these skills on future initiatives that involve complex integrations and real-time functionality.

While working for MeridianLink, I designed and developed an advertising website to promote our Smart API offering. This project highlighted the benefits of using core product data without relying on a traditional web interface, successfully driving user interest and awareness. Collaborating closely with engineers and marketing teams sharpened my ability to align technical implementation with business goals. I plan to leverage these skills in future projects to create impactful, user-focused product launches.

For Illumra Skin, a med spa in Raleigh, NC, I developed the home page and form submissions to streamline client onboarding. My focus was on delivering a seamless user experience that efficiently captured leads and facilitated follow-up. This project taught me how to balance aesthetic design with usability, ensuring potential clients effortlessly connect with the brand’s offerings. Moving forward, I will continue refining these user-centric design principles for high-impact results.

At Trinet Internet Solutions, I worked on web engagement and marketing efforts for Love Worth Finding Ministries to increase engagement and subscriber growth. Through targeted digital strategies, I helped optimize user journeys and content placement, leading to a measurable increase in audience interaction. This experience underscored the impact of data-driven marketing in expanding outreach. I’ll carry forward these insights to develop strategies that boost user engagement and loyalty.

During my internship at Trinet Internet Solutions, I learned both web development fundamentals and the nuances of digital marketing and web engagement. I collaborated on various projects, gaining hands-on experience in creating user-friendly websites and crafting targeted campaigns. During another internship project at Trinet Internet Solutions, I managed digital marketing and content calendar creation for Maruchan Ramen. By cross-posting content across multiple social networks using Hootsuite, I maintained consistent brand messaging and improved overall campaign reach. This hands-on experience in multi-platform scheduling and audience targeting sharpened my strategic marketing abilities.
